Welcome to MindFully
A client-centered, holistic approach to mental wellness
I specialize in supporting tweens, teens, and adults' mental wellbeing. Other than being a Qualifying Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Music Therapist, I am also a musician and yoga instructor who strongly believes in the healing power of music and mindfulness for people at all ages.
My approach is all about empowerment and collaboration - my role as a therapist is to support you by igniting your inner strength, so you could feel empowered as you work towards your goals. Whether you are going through a difficult time in life, experiencing mental health challenges, or hoping to optimize your overall wellbeing, I invite you to reach out and I hope to be a part of your unique wellness journey.
MindFully Therapy Services was founded with a vision to provide an alternative take on conventional talk therapy through integrating
music and/or mindfulness into your therapeutic journey.

Individualized Care
With a client-centred and holistic approach, we recognize that each person's wellness journey is unique and our goal is to support you through empowerment and collaboration.
We believe that there is no one-size-fits-all therapy. MindFully is all about providing support that is tailored to the unique goals and needs of each individual. With the option to incorporate music and/or mindfulness into therapy, the therapeutic process is collaborative and creative. We hope to walk alongside you as you ignite and develop your own strength and resources so that you can live fully and MindFully.

Mindfulness-based Approach
Mindfulness techniques are integrated into traditional talk therapy to cultivate present-moment awareness and non-judgmental acceptance to enhance emotional resilience. This approach can be helpful for those looking to:
-
expand coping strategies for emotional regulation
-
reduce anxiety
-
promote relaxation
-
work on self-acceptance

*Mindfulness-based activities may also be combined with music to provide a creative option for clients to experience mindfulness in a non-traditional way.

Music Psychotherapy
Music provides an alternative way of self-expression. Clients may engage in a variety of music therapy interventions including:
-
music listening
-
mindfulness-based music relaxation
-
song discussion
-
songwriting
There is absolutely no prior musical experience required to engage in such interventions; music is more about providing an alternative way for creative self-expression and gaining deeper insights about our feelings.

*Music may or may not be used according to the needs and interest of the client.
